Booking & Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted against a future shoot of equivalent or higher value in case of postponement or cancellation.
- The remaining balance must be cleared immediately after the shoot for raw images to be shared for selection.
- Bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved on verbal commitments.
Makeup, Hair, Gowns & Accessories
All maternity packages include one-time makeup and hairstyling where mentioned in the package inclusions. Designer gowns, tiaras, crowns, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other accessories are provided exclusively to complement our studio gowns.
Clients bringing their own outfits, sarees, or traditional wear are requested to carry suitable accessories and jewellery from their side.
For fathers and children participating in the shoot, we recommend carrying:
- White or Black Shirts
- Pastel Shade Shirts
- Casual Blazers
- Plain Polo T-Shirts
- Sweaters or Cardigans
- Suitable Trousers or Jeans
Home Session Policy
- Makeup and hairstyling are not included in Home Session packages. Clients are required to arrange these services independently.
- Gown options for Home Sessions are shared via PDF and are subject to availability on the shoot date.
- Home Sessions are available only on weekdays and non-national holidays. Weekend and national holiday bookings are not available.
Editing & Delivery
- Edited images and videos are delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of final image selection.
- Any delay in image selection or client communication may automatically extend the delivery timeline.
- All edited photographs are delivered in high-resolution format suitable for professional printing.
- Package pricing includes digital delivery only. Albums, frames, prints, and other printables are available at additional cost.
Raw Image Policy
Raw images are shared strictly for image selection purposes and should not be considered final deliverables.
Damage & Losses
Any damage caused to studio property, gowns, accessories, props, furniture, or equipment during the shoot shall be chargeable to the client.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during the shoot. Me & Mom by DB Artworks shall not be liable for injuries, illness, medical emergencies, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the session.
Data Security & Retention
- Raw and edited data is securely retained for up to 30 days after delivery. Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backups.
- While every effort is made to preserve data, we cannot be held responsible for data loss beyond the retention period.
Usage & Promotional Rights
- Me & Mom by DB Artworks reserves the right to use selected photographs and videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
- Clients who do not wish their photographs to be used for promotional purposes must notify us in writing prior to the shoot.
