Booking & Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted against a future shoot of equivalent or higher value in case of postponement or cancellation.
- The remaining balance must be cleared immediately after the shoot for raw images to be shared for selection.
- Bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved on verbal commitments.
Baby & Parents Outfits, Props & Themes
We offer outfits for kids only upto the age of 1.5 years. For elder kids , parents are requested to arrange outfit.
Our studio offers 150+ creative themes, premium props, accessories, footwear, and 200+ outfits for babies and toddlers.
Themes are selected based on your package and your child’s age. Parents are encouraged to carry a few personal outfits if they wish to create additional customized looks during the session.

Cake Smash & First Birthday Sessions
Our Cake Smash cakes are sourced from a trusted third-party bakery partner that has been working with us for many years. The cakes are freshly prepared, vegetarian, and suitable for consumption by children.
Please note that decorative food colors used on cakes may occasionally leave temporary color marks on a baby’s skin, hands, or clothing. These are generally harmless and typically fade within a short period of time.
As every child is unique and parents are most familiar with their baby’s dietary preferences, sensitivities, and allergies, we recommend exercising discretion before participating in Cake Smash sessions. If your child has known food allergies, skin sensitivities, or dietary restrictions, you may wish to consult your pediatrician or opt for an alternative setup.
Parents who prefer complete control over ingredients are welcome to bring their own cake for the session. While we have rarely encountered issues with our bakery partner’s cakes, we are happy to accommodate personal preferences whenever possible.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that babies may not always cooperate during a session. In such situations, we are happy to reschedule the shoot to a later date.
Rescheduled sessions are accommodated on weekdays only, subject to slot availability, as weekends are reserved for fresh bookings.
Postpone Shoot Policy
Please note that Cake Smash sessions involve fresh cakes arranged specifically for your shoot. In the event of postponement, a cake re-arrangement charge of ₹500 will be applicable.
For packages that include Outdoor Photography, if the outdoor session cannot be completed due to rain, unfavorable weather conditions, or lack of cooperation from the child, clients may choose to complete the remaining portion of the shoot indoors on the same day at no additional cost.
If clients prefer to reschedule and complete the outdoor session on a future date, an additional outdoor location charge of ₹1,000 will be applicable.
Home Session Policy
- Makeup and hairstyling , Gown are not included in Home Session packages. Clients are required to arrange these services independently.
- There is an additional FLAT INR. 3,000 charge applicable for home sessions, to be paid upfront during the booking.
- Home Sessions are available only on weekdays and non-national holidays. Weekend and national holiday bookings are not available.
Editing & Delivery
- Edited images and videos are delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of final image selection.
- Any delay in image selection or client communication may automatically extend the delivery timeline.
- All edited photographs are delivered in high-resolution format suitable for professional printing.
- Package pricing includes digital delivery only. Albums, frames, prints, and other printables are available at additional cost.
Raw Image Policy
Raw images are shared only for image selection purposes and should not be considered final deliverables. Raw files remain the intellectual property of Me & Mom by DB Artworks and are provided solely to help clients choose images for editing.
Damage & Losses
Any damage caused to studio property, props, themes, outfits, accessories, furniture, or equipment—whether intentional or accidental—shall be chargeable to the client. Clients are also requested to take care of their personal belongings during the shoot, as the studio cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
Health & Safety
The comfort and safety of babies and families are our highest priority. Parents are requested to ensure that their child is healthy and comfortable on the shoot day. While our team follows strict hygiene and safety standards, Me & Mom by DB Artworks shall not be liable for illness, allergies, injuries, medical emergencies, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the session.
Data Security & Retention
- Raw and edited data is securely retained for up to 30 days after delivery. Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backups.
- While every effort is made to preserve data, we cannot be held responsible for data loss beyond the retention period.

Usage & Promotional Rights
- Me & Mom by DB Artworks reserves the right to use selected photographs and videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
- Clients who do not wish their photographs to be used for promotional purposes must notify us in writing prior to the shoot.
