Booking & Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted against a future shoot of equivalent or higher value in case of postponement or cancellation.
- The remaining balance must be cleared immediately after the shoot for raw images to be shared for selection.
- Bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved on verbal commitments.
What should we wear for a couple photoshoot?
Couple Photography packages do not include outfits unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. Clients are requested to carry their own outfits for the session.
Professional makeup and hairstyling may be included in selected packages or can be added separately
We recommend neutral and timeless colors such as White, Beige, Cream, Black, Grey, Olive Green, Pastel Blue, Dusty Pink, and Earth Tones. Coordinated outfits generally photograph better than identical outfits.
For ladies, flowing dresses, gowns, sarees, Indo-western outfits, and elegant casual wear work beautifully. For gentlemen, solid shirts, blazers, chinos, trousers, polo t-shirts, and smart casual outfits are recommended.
Avoid large logos, heavy prints, neon colors, and overly distracting patterns.
Do you help with poses?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are not professional models. Our photographers guide couples throughout the session with comfortable poses, candid interactions, and natural expressions to ensure beautiful photographs.
Are outdoor locations included?
Indoor studio locations are included as per package details.
For outdoor photoshoots, an additional location charge of ₹1,500 is applicable. Any entry tickets, permissions, transportation, or venue charges levied by third-party locations must be borne by the client.
Editing & Delivery
- Edited images and videos are delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of final image selection.
- Any delay in image selection or client communication may automatically extend the delivery timeline.
- All edited photographs are delivered in high-resolution format suitable for professional printing.
- Package pricing includes digital delivery only. Albums, frames, prints, and other printables are available at additional cost.
Raw Image Policy
Raw images are shared strictly for image selection purposes and should not be considered final deliverables.
Damage & Losses
Any damage caused to studio property, gowns, accessories, props, furniture, or equipment during the shoot shall be chargeable to the client.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during the shoot. Me & Mom by DB Artworks shall not be liable for injuries, illness, medical emergencies, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the session.
Data Security & Retention
- Raw and edited data is securely retained for up to 30 days after delivery. Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backups.
- While every effort is made to preserve data, we cannot be held responsible for data loss beyond the retention period.
Usage & Promotional Rights
- Me & Mom by DB Artworks reserves the right to use selected photographs and videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
- Clients who do not wish their photographs to be used for promotional purposes must notify us in writing prior to the shoot.
